Obtain your forklift operator certification at Sertifiseringssenteret, at our dedicated forklift training facility in Moss, Norway. Our theoretical training covers all forklift classes from T1 to T5 at one location and concludes with both a theoretical and a practical examination.
Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate of competence registered in the Central Register, with no expiry date. Lunch is included on all days for daytime courses.
Professional Equipment
We exclusively use modern Jungheinrich forklifts throughout the training programme. Jungheinrich is a leading choice among Norwegian industrial and logistics companies, representing the highest standards in intralogistics.
This means you will train on the same type of equipment you are likely to encounter in the workplace.
Practical Training on All Forklift Classes
Our dedicated fleet of nine forklifts covers all classes from T1 to T5.
These forklifts are exclusively used for training, ensuring that the equipment is available for learning and practical skill development.
Maximum of Two Students per Forklift
We deliberately keep our student-to-forklift ratio lower than the industry standard. Our goal is to provide thorough guidance and ample opportunities for you to develop your skills.
The result is more hands-on driving time and closer instructor supervision throughout the practical training.
Course Content
The theoretical part covers forklift classes T1 to T5 and is delivered through classroom-based instruction.
You will learn about relevant laws and regulations, forklift construction, stability principles, load charts, maintenance and risk assessment. The theoretical section concludes with a written examination.
Course Schedule
Pre-course e-learning: 3 instructional hours
Days 1 and 2: Forklift theory
Day 3: Introduction to practical operation and independent driving practice
Day 4: Extensive practical training followed by the final practical examination
Forklift Classes
T1: Low-lift trucks, including pedestrian-controlled pallet trucks, powered pallet trucks and platform trucks
T2: Reach trucks and straddle trucks
T3: High-lift order pickers
T4: Counterbalance forklifts
T5: Sideloader forklifts
Our standard package includes T1 and T4, the two most commonly used forklift classes in the workplace.
The remaining classes, T2, T3 and T5, are optional add-ons and can be selected according to your needs.
If you complete all five classes, you can operate forklifts within classes T1–T5 with lifting capacities of up to 10 tonnes, subject to the specific truck's classification and your certified qualifications.
Certificates of competence are issued for each class in which you successfully pass the practical examination.
Age Requirements
You can attend the course from the age of 17. Your certificate of competence will be issued when you turn 18.
Training Materials and Lunch
All necessary training materials are included for every course day.
A light lunch is also included for courses held during the daytime.

Our experienced instructors can adapt the teaching to accommodate students with reading and writing difficulties.
